The ideal investments for the fund are companies with a solid track record and a clear, feasible growth plan. The fund aims to contribute to Oman's Vision 2040, which focuses on building a diversified, private-sector-driven economy.
Strategy
A sector-agnostic approach, leveraging the Investment Manager's deep local know-how and sourcing expertise. Through targeting a significant, primary equity minority stake, the fund aims to influence the growth of the portfolio without directly interfering in the day-to-day operations. The fund aims to balance the inherent risk of investing in high growth, small and medium entities with significant allocation for large enterprises.
